When will my order arrive?
Estimated standard UK delivery is 3–5 business days. Orders paid before 12:00am (midnight) UK time, Monday–Friday excluding bank holidays, enter processing that day. Later orders start the next business day. Read our Shipping Policy.

Can I return an item?
Tell us within 14 days after delivery for an eligible change-of-mind cancellation, then return within a further 14 days. Untouched items qualify for free returns. Inspection and faulty-goods rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
