Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£ GBP). Available payment methods and the final total are shown at checkout.
1. Accepted payments
We accept credit and debit card payments through Stripe where available at checkout. Additional wallets or payment options appear only when supported for your order and device. We do not promise a payment method that is not offered at checkout.
2. Prices and charges
Displayed product prices include applicable taxes. Standard UK delivery is free. Your order summary shows the total before you submit payment. We do not add a card processing surcharge. See our Shipping Policy for delivery arrangements.
3. Secure checkout
Our checkout uses HTTPS and Stripe’s payment service. Card entry is handled through Stripe; we do not receive your full card number or security code. Your bank may request additional authentication. Never send full card details by email or through our contact form.
4. Payment problems
If payment is declined, check your details or speak to your bank. Before trying again, check whether an order confirmation was received to avoid duplicate orders. Contact us with your order number if you need help; do not include sensitive card details.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Timing and eligibility are explained in our Return and Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Payment processing and information sharing are covered by our Privacy Policy.
