1. Order cut-off and processing
Our order cut-off is 12 noon UK time (GMT/BST), Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Paid orders received before noon enter processing that business day. Orders received at or after noon, at weekends or on bank holidays enter processing on the next business day. The cut-off determines when processing starts; it is not a promise of same-day dispatch.
2. Delivery times
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days from the processing day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointments. We will contact you if we become aware of a delay; please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimate.
3. Shipping costs and areas
Standard UK shipping is free, with no minimum order value. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Any delivery limitation affecting a particular item or address must be shown before an order is placed.
4. Order updates
Keep your order confirmation for reference. View your order status on our Track Your Order page. Dispatch details and carrier tracking will be provided when available; order status is not live vehicle tracking.
5. Delivery arrangements
Please check your delivery address, telephone number and access to the property before ordering. Contact us if you need to discuss access or a bulky item. Installation, assembly and removal of old furniture are not included unless expressly stated on the product page or agreed in writing. If a delivery is missed or an address is incorrect, contact us to arrange the next step. We will explain and agree any additional service before charging for it.
6. Damage, loss and returns
If something arrives damaged or is missing, tell us as soon as you can, with your order number and photographs where possible. A delay in reporting does not remove your statutory rights.
