Wholesale Policies

To be eligible for a wholesale account with STYLESOFASBEDS LTD (“the Company”), you (“the retailer”) must operate a legitimate business, either with a physical retail location (with or without an online presence) or as an established online-only retailer.

Wholesale products are strictly for resale purposes only. Purchasing wholesale items for personal use is not permitted. Selling on unauthorised third-party marketplaces may be restricted unless prior written approval is granted.

All wholesale applications are reviewed and vetted to verify business legitimacy and brand alignment. Wholesale terms and any quote must be agreed before an order is accepted. A bulk enquiry does not automatically qualify for wholesale prices. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the position and the applicable refund.

Invoices

• Invoices for wholesale purchases (issued in GBP (£)) are available upon request.
• Please contact us to apply for a wholesale account or to place an order.

Pricing

• All wholesale prices are listed in GBP (£).
• Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers purchasing products for resale in physical stores or on their own websites.
• Promotional, bulk, or volume orders may qualify for special pricing but do not automatically receive standard wholesale rates. Please contact us for details.

Additional Discounts

Wholesale pricing already includes substantial discounts and is not eligible for additional discount codes unless explicitly agreed in writing or offered during specific promotions.

If a pricing or discount error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the correction or refund rather than change a paid amount without agreement.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront before any wholesale order is processed or shipped.
• Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and confirmed.

Shipping

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Any order-specific delivery arrangement must be confirmed in the written quote; the business contact address is not a promise of a walk-in warehouse or collection service.

The written quote identifies the applicable prices, taxes and any separately requested service before you accept it. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Free Shipping

Our standard UK shipping is free. Any different separately requested service must be clearly quoted and agreed in advance. See the Shipping Policy.

Order Fulfilment

Our standard UK delivery estimate is 3–5 business days from the processing day, with a daily 12:00am (midnight) UK-time cut-off. Large quantities or a specific configuration may require an order-specific lead time, which must be disclosed and agreed before the order is accepted.

We support bulk and B2B wholesale orders for approved partners.

Returns & Third-Party Orders

If you have placed an order through a third-party supplier or distributor, their return and support procedures will apply. Please contact the original supplier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All products are quality-checked prior to dispatch. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 5 calendar days if any items are damaged or incorrect. Photographs can help investigate an issue. Reporting promptly does not remove rights that apply under law.
