Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us promptly with your order number.
1. Before dispatch
Email support@stylesofasbeds.co.uk or call +44 7848 453898. We will try to stop dispatch or make the requested change. If dispatch has already happened, you can still exercise an applicable cancellation right and arrange a return.
2. After delivery
For eligible online purchases, tell us you are cancelling within 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Read our Return and Refund Policy for free returns of untouched items, inspection, refund timing and faulty-goods rights. There is no cancellation administration fee.
3. Optional cancellation notice
You can use the following wording in an email or letter, but any clear statement is sufficient:

I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [items].

4. Personalised goods and order changes
Genuinely personalised or made-to-specification goods may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation where this was clearly disclosed before ordering. This does not affect rights where goods are faulty or misdescribed. Contact us about a requested address or item change; a change is confirmed only when we have agreed it with you.
